Walkway still closed by the Cedar Lane scaffold

Same crew, same corner as the other Cedar Lane posts. The plywood wall has been up for days and there is still no path on the inside of the fence. Strollers and carts are in the travel lane.

Neighbors can mark this fixed. 5 confirmations move it to Finished. This is not the same as “I see this too,” and neighbors cannot set Open or Resolved here. City Desk can still force-resolve or reopen.
